It is with humble joy that I offer my resignation. After a brief stint of learning and giving the best I can, I respectfully resign from the Agri-Aqua Development Coalition – Mindanao effective November 30, 2004.
The need for growth compels me to explore other possibilities in the vocation of community development. I leave with good sentiment and an utter feeling of blessedness for the rigor in work and the rare kind of training and discipline that AADC has imparted to its employees.
I am likewise thankful for the relationships that have blossomed in my stay with the organization. The persons whom I came to have known are probably the best in their fields. And I was lucky enough to foster deeper friendship with them. Learning not only the ropes of development work, but maturing in my personhood as well.
And so with my parting, I take with me memories of AADC, my first organization that catalyzed the desire to serve communities in Mindanao.
Here is to gratitude and more success in all our endeavors.
